【預期用途】
本試劑盒用于檢測具有患家族性乳腺癌及卵巢癌風險患者組織中BRCA1基因的突變情況。BRCA1基因的突變與家族性乳腺癌及卵巢癌的發(fā)生密切相關，突變導致基因的抑制腫瘤作用降低或消失，導致細胞惡變和腫瘤的發(fā)生。約5～10%的乳腺癌和遺傳易感性相關，目前發(fā)現的乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1位于17號染色體上。
本試劑盒可檢測出如下BRCA1基因2種突變：185delAG、5382insC。
